Generations

Our generation is powered but our parents. Some of this energy is what we praise them for because they taught us to be kind and respectful. They gave us courage to be great, to stand up and fight to be the individuals we grow to become. I have to say that if it weren't for my mother's heart and sence of humor I wouldn't be who I am today. Our generation is also powered by the negitive things our parents gave us. Or what we like to "blame" them for. For without fear we would not have courage,  but without fear we would also not have doudt. Without sadness we would not have strength, but we also would not have compassion. We are breed from the generation of people that gave their parents hell. Took the secrets of humaity and challenged everything about it. Threw those dirty secrets out in the open and said "We're not going to take this". And so came this fear and doubt that our generation has to clean up. Now it's everyone for themselves and we all know it. It's our generation that has to put our foot down and make a better world. Clearly there is no such thing as a secret because there aren't many people who have the class or the pride (good or bad) to keep their business to themselves or vice versa to know when thier secret is harmful tothemselves or others. It's a dark thick line they drew for us. Have the courage to cross it, but not if we don't say it's ok. Thanks generation x. It's your turn to do as we say not as we do.
